Roe Loft (sleeps 4+1)
Roe Loft is the favourite of many. Based on a loft design, the accommodation is all based on the first floor and consists of an open plan lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a separate bathroom. A further single bed can be added to the twin bedded room if required. The wide window seat in the lounge area looks over the gardens to Mullaghash, a foothill on the Sperrin range.

With central heating throughout, the cottage is equipped with its own fridge/ freezer; electric cooker; microwave; dishwasher; toaster; DVD player, television and books. Based on a loft design, there is an open plan lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The twin and double bed rooms share the bathroom which has a bath and shower. On the ground floor one finds a washing machine/ tumble dryer and a further toilet.
